We of course do our very best to ensure that the product we dispatch is correct and is of highest quality and we hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation or facing size issue in the received product then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 7 days of receiving the product. We don’t offer re-dispatch of required size. In such cases, return of the product at our end and if the customer wish to get the payment refund to the source account then we are happy to refund the payment to his/her credit/Debit card or original method of payment. In case of COD order, the amount will be refunded in the customer bank account through NEFT. Shipping charges won’t be refunded if charged in the order.
- You can initiate a request within 7 days of your purchase that fails to meet your expectations. Product will not be accepted under following conditions:-
- Product is used or altered
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
- Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing,or if original packaging is damaged.
- If we found the item you wish to return is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In this event ,the user shall not be eligible for a refund.
