We will consider return requests for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that in such cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. All Sale orders are final orders.

 

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

     

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

 

Conditions for Returns

1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. The return must be initiated within the eligible time frame mentioned above.

3. Returns will be processed in the form of a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped.Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

5. If a product (apparel) has any size issue once the shipment is delivered, Both Side courier charge will be paid by customer. So ensure your size with respect to given Size Chart before placing order.

6. If the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) .

7. For COD orders, Your Amt. will be transferred in AMHUK WALLET/COUPON CODE only in the span of 2-3 working days from the day of return received and quality check.

  • PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

8. Make sure you make an unpack video (Cover all sides of package) starting from showing the package you received until all the products are shown in the video. CHECK AND REPORT on defects (if any) within 24hrs and DO NOT USE PRODUCT and must be INTACT CONDITION AND NO ROUGH HANDLE. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged otherwise no action will be made from our end.

10. If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

11. To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, briefs, trunks and perfumes. AMHUK may, at its iscretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

 

 

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

  • In case your pin-code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. 

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehous. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as you're courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
